This T-shirt quilt for a customer makes the fourth project in progress right now. And it’s my first week back in the sewing room since surgery... a few hours at a time a few days a week... . My millefiore is almost done ... just a few more rosettes to attach and some filler pieces. . Meanwhile the Panda quilt awaits one more row of quilting and I have 13 sets of hexies cut for hand piecing as well. . And more fabric arriving to fill out more colors! ...can’t wait for the mail today!☺️ #tshirtquilt #jugglingprojects #backinthesewingroomI just may have to make these fun #hexagon Plate Chargers!!! How fun is this???! . . . #somuchtodo #solittletime #hexi #newhexagon #ilovehexies #hexielove #handsewn #ilovecolorOn the design wall… Auditioning fabrics and colors for a series of #hexies. Each hexagon represents what will become a ring of six hexies in a range of yellow, orange, red orange, magenta, light teal , lime, and dark teal. I’m still waiting for a shipment of several of the colors… And then there’s always another quilt shop tour in July! So CAL Quilt Shop Tour here we come! . . . @katja_marek @tulapink #newhexagon #ilovehexies #hexielove #handsewn #ilovecolorSuch fun little piles of pieces for my summer hand piecing enjoyment! 🧡💙💚💗♥️ It does however take quite some time to get all the fabric starched , cut, and marked for 8 hexies in each pile 😂 🤪 3 down and at least 12 - 15 more piles to go... and that doesn’t include the background hexies... thinking about gray for those. But who knows...I may go for solid colors. I think I have until next summer to decide that! 😂😂😂😂 . . . @tulapink #newhexagon #ilovehexies #hexielove #handsewn #ilovecolor #quilter #quilt #quiltingAre these cute blocks or what? 💚💗🧡💙 getting my go anywhere handsewn project ready for going everywhere this summer!
